Working Principle
• Steam-Humidifying Zone – Low-pressure saturated steam (0.2–0.4 MPa) is dispersed as fine mist, raising surface temperature by 2–4 °C and creating a micro-wet layer without stickiness.
• Coating Zone – A rotating drum or vibrating pan evenly sprinkles sugar/seasoning; VFD speed control ensures >95 % coverage.
• Recovery Zone – Excess powder is collected via a cyclone separator and returned to the hopper for reuse
