Gravimeter Weighing
– Stainless-steel weigh tank mounted on three load-cells for finished cooking unit
– System accuracy ±0.1 % by net-weight control, automatically adjusting for sugar, glucose, pectin, water, etc.

• Recipe Library
  – PLC stores up to ten pre-set recipes; all batch records are logged and can be exported to plant MES/ERP.
• Continuous Feed
  – Metered ingredients drop into jacketed cooker with high-speed shear (dissolve pectin or gelatin lumps in <3 min).
  – Finished syrup is pumped to holding tank for next stage .
• CFA Addition
  – Colors, flavours and acids are dosed via peristaltic pumps with flow-meters for ±1 % repeatability.
  – Optional second CFA tank enables two-colour or striped products .
